About Us
Established in 2025, the Terre Haute Casino Foundation, Inc. was created through the Local Development Agreement between the Vigo County Commissioners and Churchill Downs, Inc., operator of the Terre Haute Casino Resort.
As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the Foundation operates independently to ensure gaming revenue directly benefits the Terre Haute community through sustainable, long-term investments in projects that make a measurable difference.
